Wall costings

Roof Refurbishment
Andrew and the team did my roof a year ago now. I thought there's no point writing a review on a renewed roof after a day, week or month. So a year later and it still looks as good as the day it was refurbished. My concrete tiles were a mess. Covered in moss and birdstuff. A few broken tiles and missing ridge clips. Roof was washed, tiles and clips replaced and painted twice. Absolutely stunning and the same today. I've just spoken with a neighbour and she is delighted with her job too. Thank you. David. If you are needing your roof repaired/cleaned then this is the place to go. Recently moved in to a property, roof full of moss and every wall discoloured.  Andrew popped the next day after phoning him, gave us a quote we were more than happy with, and within a week his team were here. And my god, what a difference it has made, couple of general repairs and a few broken tiles replaced,  and it is honestly looking like it was built yesterday, and to top it off Andrew popped back the next day just to make sure we were happy and that he was happy with the job. His team are a credit to him, hard working and unbelievably tidy considering the dirt and grime off the roof and walls. There is no doubt at all that I will be giving him a phone again for other jobs. Easy to arrange and quick response to queries about cleaning house of algae and application of Properla to prevent algae return. Friendly, hard working team. Job done as promised to highest quality. Attention to detail excellent and left grounds as they found them . Impressed by their focus on the job and very happy to recommend highly. Had a quote for washing and coating my roof and decided to get another quote from Rooftek for comparison. Andrew came down to my house and I knew within the first few minutes of meeting him that this was a genuine contractor with no fancy sales pitch. I told him that I already had received a quote but he did not ask what it was but only said he could guarantee that his price would be lower. This indeed was the case and there was no discount gimicks or payments to be made after each stage of the work. The price was only to be paid on completion and when satisfied with the work. I had no hesitation on awarding him the contact. I was kept informed regarding dates for the softwash and fungicide application and again when the weather was suitable for the two coat application. His team were very professional and cleaned up on completion on the first visit and the same again when Andrew came to apply the two coats to the roof. Work carried out included the cleaning of all walls, cladding and a substantial brick chimney. Also had several door & window 'surrounds' repainted. Result is superb with property looking like new. My thanks to Andrew and his hard-working team. Would highly recommend.
